Hi, I’m Amy, and welcome to HyperfoQuest!

I’m a neurodivergent (AuDHD) traveler with a long history of hitting the road — from solo trips and overlanding to slow travel and large group tours. Travel has always been an important part of my life, but I often found that mainstream advice didn’t quite match how I plan or experience things — and rarely answered the questions I actually had.

That’s when I did what I do best: I hyperfocused — on figuring out how to travel in a way that actually works for me. HyperfoQuest is a blog for neurodivergent travelers looking for practical tools, flexible strategies, and small shifts that make a big difference on the road. Whether you’re planning an international trip or just trying to make airports less overwhelming, I hope this space helps you explore the world with more confidence and joy.
